Provide exceptional care to the patients of Moore County as a clinical staff pharmacist within our inpatient pharmacy. Rotate through the main pharmacy and decentralized settings, participate in multi-disciplinary rounds in critical care, initiate and monitor pharmacokinetic processes, and support antibiotic selection. The position allows for occasional remote workdays.

Collaborates with System Director of Clinical Services and other BH leaders to implement, integrate, and maintain evidence-based and regulatory standards of clinical/operational pharmacy services. Works collaboratively with physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare team members to develop guidelines and procedures that promote evidence-based practice to enhance patient outcomes. Demonstrates expertise in area of concentration/specialty.
