The PBM Pharmacist provides clinical support to OHSU Pharmacy Benefit Management Services. Support includes formulary management, coverage determinations, Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee support, clinical inquiries, and implementing clinical programs.
The Senior Specialty Consultative Pharmacist integrates clinical programs to improve overall health outcomes with a focus on Specialty prescription medications filled at CenterWell Specialty Pharmacy. The primary responsibility will be to assess and evaluate the conditions of our members, with a particular emphasis on medication therapy, through telephonic interactions to ensure they achieve and maintain optimal wellness.
