We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Solutions Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical trials and technology solutions, with a passion for helping clients optimize their recruitment and conduct processes. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs, demonstrate our technology solutions, and ensure successful implementation and adoption.
Key Responsibilities include collaborating with sales and product teams to understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions, conducting product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, developing and delivering customized solutions to meet client needs, providing technical expertise and support during the sales process, assisting clients with the implementation and integration of our technology solutions, conducting training sessions and workshops for clients to ensure effective use of our products, leading and managing ongoing RFP processes that include gathering relevant company information from various internal stakeholders, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in clinical trial technology.
