Responsibilities:
- Perform remote order entry and CPOE evaluation and verification.
- Assure acquisition or renewal of all pharmacy staff licenses.
- Provide physician and nursing consultations and clinical medication dosing.
Qualifications:
- Hold active pharmacy license(s) in state of residence and original licensure.
- Must hold at least one active license in specified states: IL, IN, WI, NE, SD, ND, IA, MI, MO, or MT.
- Have 2-4 years of clinical hospital inpatient experience preferred.

- Apply working knowledge to perform varied tasks with moderate complexity.
- Identify solutions to technical problems and take action.
- Work under general guidance with work reviewed for accuracy.
