Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Graduated from an accredited school of pharmacy with a B.S. in Pharmacy or PharmD.
- Active State of Ohio pharmacist license.
- Three years inpatient pharmacy experience or completion of ASHP accredited residency preferred.
