Job Summary:
- Leads specialty pharmacy services for ambulatory clinics across the region.
- Acts as subject matter expert in medication access and prescription fulfillment.
- Oversees daily operations and staff development across multiple clinic teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervises Specialty Pharmacy Care Coordinators, ensuring workflow efficiency and patient satisfaction.
- Collaborates with manager on strategic initiatives, accreditation, and regulatory compliance.
- Reviews operational and financial reports to drive improvements.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must have Kentucky Board of Pharmacy registration and national certification.
- At least 2 years pharmacy technician experience with leadership, or 5 years experience without leadership.
