Responsibilities:
- Overseeing a group of prior authorization technicians.
- Analyzing available data to provide staffing recommendations.
- Supporting training and coaching of pharmacy technicians.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of Medicare experience with policies and guidelines.
- Minimum 1 year of Medicare Prior Authorization and/or Medicare appeals experience.
- Active National Certified Pharmacy Technician license required.
