Responsibilities:

  • Directly lead and manage a team of Patient Support Associates.
  • Proactively manage support in assigned hospitals and/or clinics.
  • Complete audits of team in supported systems required to ensure efficient workflow.

Experience/Requirements:

  • 3+ years of pharmacy technician experience required.
  • Leadership experience is strongly preferred.
  • High School diploma / GED required.

Skills:

  • Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong operational management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
