Responsibilities:
- Directly lead and manage a team of Patient Support Associates.
- Proactively manage support in assigned hospitals and/or clinics.
- Complete audits of team in supported systems required to ensure efficient workflow.
Experience/Requirements:
- 3+ years of pharmacy technician experience required.
- Leadership experience is strongly preferred.
- High School diploma / GED required.
Skills:
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Strong operational management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
