Where You’ll Work:
- Works hand-in-hand with physicians and providers throughout California to provide comprehensive health care services to the many communities we serve.
- Provide increasing support and investment in the latest technologies, finest physicians and state-of-the-art medical facilities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Participates in the evaluation and management of diseases and health conditions in collaboration with other health care providers
- Order and interpret drug therapy-related tests
- Resolve medication access and adherence issues
Job Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited school of pharmacy
- Active CA Pharmacist License in good standing
- Knowledge of Health Plans such as Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial plans
