Customer Care Pharmacy Technician (Full-Time)

Role Overview:

• Act as the primary point of contact for incoming member calls and prior authorization inquiries.
• Accurately advise callers on options for exception requests based on client benefit elections.
• Efficiently triage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Current National Certification as a Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) and valid license required.
• 2+ years of pharmacy technician experience in a clinical pharmacy setting.

Work Environment:

• Remote position within the continental US.
• Must be open to working any shift.
• Requires a secure, high-speed broadband internet connection.
