Software Engineer

Shape the Extend Platform, designing and developing features that revolutionize customer issue resolution and elevate post-purchase interactions. Your work directly contributes to evolving the platform, making it more intelligent, intuitive, and powerful, while weaving artificial intelligence throughout our systems to create seamless experiences. You will develop and design scalable, cloud-based, AI-driven software systems that support Extend's business goals. You will also partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and convert them into actionable development tasks. You'll also document system architecture, design decisions, and codebase thoroughly.
