As a Senior Security Engineer focused on Cloud & Platform Security, you will be responsible for securing the foundation of our SaaS platform - designing and implementing scalable security controls across our cloud infrastructure and platform development lifecycle. You will evaluate and improve our AWS cloud security posture, manage Cloud Security CNAPP tooling (CSPM, CWP, CIEM, DSPM), and implement threat detection and monitoring strategies.

We’re looking for a strategic and experienced Enterprise Customer Success Manager to join our Customer Success team at CaptivateIQ. In this role, you will be the trusted advisor to our largest and most complex customers (2,000+ employees), driving value realization, retention, and growth. As an Enterprise CSM, you’ll own the full customer lifecycle — from onboarding and adoption through renewal and expansion.

Responsible for helping maintain the core platform that compensation admins use to build and operate sales compensation models in CaptivateIQ. Design, build, optimize, and maintain CaptivateIQ's data and core platform functionality. Work across the our full product stack to develop and improve product features.
