  • Own a high-volume renewal portfolio for CaptivateIQ's Velocity segment, driving timely renewals and proactive risk management.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, Finance, Legal, and Support to resolve blockers and maintain accurate forecasts.
  • Identify churn risk early, articulate value to transactional customers, and support save motions to improve retention.

  • Lead a team of engineers to redefine incentive compensation operations as AI-native, eliminating manual work and improving time-to-resolution.
  • Partner with Product, Design, and cross-functional teams to set vision, prioritize roadmaps, and deliver high-impact user-facing features.
  • Own delivery and operational excellence of critical systems, ensuring performance, reliability, and security at scale.

  • Proactively identify risks, present accurate weekly forecasts, and serve as the voice of the customer with Product and Engineering teams.
