Role Overview:
- Civic Marketplace is an AI native cooperative procurement platform for US local government.
- We're hiring a Founders Associate to work directly with the CEO on cross functional priorities.
What You'll Do:
- Own flagship programmes end to end, designing processes and AI tooling.
- Bring structure to ambiguous questions with options and recommendations.
- Run the operating rhythm: syncs, board updates, OKRs, and all hands.
About You:
- Three to five years post MBB or operator at a Series A-C company.
- Strategic, analytical, and fluent in spreadsheets, SQL, and AI tooling.
- Executive presence and a track record of ownership across time zones.
