Your Role:
- Serve as the first line of support and subject matter expert for partner program inquiries.
- Build and maintain AI agents and self-service content to simplify the partner experience.
- Track support data and identify friction points to recommend improvements.
Who You Are:
- Strong English communication skills (C1+) with excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable with Excel, reporting, and maintaining data quality.
- Experience with AI agents, chatbots, or low-code tools is a plus.
