About the Role:
- Own go-to-market operations for field teams executing on strategic initiatives, segmenting customers and managing legal and pricing operations.
- Build and maintain tools and playbooks for field teams, including contract renewal planning and pricing standardization.
What You'll Do:
- Convert inputs from cross-functional stakeholders into executable processes and manage Affirm's AI contract dashboard.
- Analyze performance data to identify stalled launches and flag risks early.
What We Look For:
- 6+ years in business operations, revenue or sales operations, ideally in fintech or SaaS.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, PMM, Client Success, Sales, Analytics, Legal, or Pricing, and using SQL and AI tools.
