Lead and manage a dynamic team of data scientists, overseeing the team's sprints, workload reviews, OKR and goal setting, and regular career planning. Align Data Science initiatives with the company’s strategic direction and ensure delivery of our strategic goals. This role is based mainly remotely with some travel to our Oxford based office.
