As a Staff Data Engineer, you will be the most senior individual contributor as well thought leader working mostly independently on a RWE team. You will play a critical role as a technical expert working as an IC, shaping the technical strategy and architecture of our internal Real World Evidence product. This position requires a high degree of independence and the ability to navigate and resolve complex technical challenges with minimal oversight.

In this pivotal role as Data Project Manager, you will drive Agile ceremonies and team productivity while fostering a collaborative environment focused on building scalable data pipelines and analytics tools to support clinical operations. The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of Agile principles, excels in team facilitation, and has hands-on experience supporting data engineering teams working with Python, SQL, Databricks, and the Azure cloud ecosystem.
