Market Analysis
Strategy & Performance:
- Lead the design and execution of the Medicare Advantage Transformation plan.
- Direct cross-functional workstreams to implement key MA initiatives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the MA business line.
Collaboration & Change Management:
- Collaborate with Payer Strategy, Product, and Field Operations.
- Navigate organizational ambiguity to drive "buy-in" across the company.
- Ensure that MA transformation remains a top-tier priority.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 12+ years of progressive experience in healthcare strategy or operations.
- 6+ years of significant cross-functional "pod" leadership.
- Deep understanding of the MA landscape, including Stars ratings, HCC coding, V28 transition, and supplemental benefit strategies.
