- Partner with HEDIS Ops to align business programs with abstraction & submission workflows.
- Own scenario planning for HEDIS measures and Stars implications.
- Anticipate & prepare for measure evolution, ensuring Clover is strategically positioned.
Performance and Adaptation:
- Track and communicate performance outcomes, highlighting risks, opportunities, and ROI.
- Adapt programs to reflect evolving NCQA, CMS, and industry changes.
- Ensure strong alignment between Stars strategy and HEDIS programs.
