The Director of Clinical Quality will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation and execution of clinical programs across Equip’s Care Delivery function, overseeing the operationalization of protocol adherence, including driving meaningful data reporting and monitoring. This role identify gaps in protocol adherence, ensure alignment between clinical quality improvement processes/initiatives and broader organizational objectives.
