Senior Technical Product Manager (Salesforce)

Primary Duties:

• Partner with business owners to cultivate a shared vision for Aledade’s CRM ecosystem.
• Ongoing optimization of user workflows and capabilities, including monitoring of key metrics & incorporation of user feedback
• Work with internal teams and end users to develop a deep understanding of requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• 6+ years of product management experience in technology.
• Proven track record working as a product manager in Salesforce.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities:

• Deep understanding of Salesforce platform features, capabilities, and limitations.
• Proven experience driving end-to-end CLM lifecycle solutions through systems and process optimization, including Salesforce-CLM integrations.
• Skilled at translating ambiguous business requirements into high-quality technical specifications, user stories, and architectural diagrams.
