The Advocate Lifecycle Manager will lead the non-clinical journey of the advocate team, from onboarding and training to ongoing support and engagement. This position will focus on developing and scaling systems, tools, and processes necessary to ensure advocates consistently provide excellent care. The role involves owning the full operational lifecycle of advocates, designing onboarding programs, and developing systems to drive engagement and satisfaction.

The Manager of Credentialing & Payor Operations will help Sprinter Health scale its operations through excellent credentialing/payor enrollment strategies and operational execution. You should have experience building a credentialing program that can pass a payor’s delegated credentialing standard and strong operational process expertise. You will manage a licensing, credentialing, and enrollment program leveraging in-house and third-party technology platforms, and ensure seamless provider onboarding & payor enrollment operations.
