Job Description
As a Deal Desk, you’ll own and optimize core deal processes that enable our Sales team to move fast, stay compliant, and close with confidence. You’ll play a key role in reducing risk, increasing deal velocity, and ensuring Solink maintains scalable and auditable pricing practices. This work will directly support revenue growth, operational efficiency, and customer success.
You’ll partner with the Sales team to define and support consistent pricing and quoting strategies for new and existing deals. You'll also create, document, and continuously improve Deal Desk policies, procedures, and approval workflows. You will provide training and day-to-day support to Sales and Revenue teams on quoting tools, pricing rules, and policy compliance. You will also monitor and enforce pricing, discounting, and commercial term compliance in alignment with company policies.
