Acorns is seeking a Sourcing & Procurement Sr. Specialist to partner with internal stakeholders and manage end-to-end procurement activities. Reporting to the Director of Sourcing & Procurement, you’ll drive strategy, negotiation, vendor management, contract reviews, and proposal analysis—primarily in Software, with additional exposure to Marketing, Services, and Infrastructure. You’ll also have the opportunity to support leadership on key sourcing initiatives.
We’re looking for a highly operational contractor to rebuild our billing processes and systems from the ground up by taking ownership of the end-to-end billing process, evaluating tooling options, and driving automation for provider-facing teams, sitting under our Operations function, and collaborating closely with Finance, Product, and other cross-functional leads.
The Compliance Support Specialist will ensure Hispanic Access Foundation meets all core compliance obligations under the $25M USDA Forest Service cooperative agreement (Inflation Reduction Act - Urban & Community Forestry). This role will focus on federally required compliance functions (2 CFR 200/400), subrecipient monitoring, and audit readiness.
