Looking for a People Operations Coordinator with a strong foundation and interest in people operations. In this role, you will provide support to a wide range of functions, including benefits administration, compliance, HRIS management, payroll, and more. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in people ops and is highly organized, proactive, comfortable taking initiative, and excited about owning projects end-to-end, all while providing top notch employee experience.
You will be managing the Servicing Transfers team in their daily operations to ensure timely, accurate and compliant onboarding and offboarding. You will ensure that Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are up to date and accurate, and that the team follows stated SOPs while performing all job functions. Strong leadership skills are a key for this role, as you will be tasked with guiding team members across multiple simultaneous batches and job duties with immovable deadlines and competing priorities.
Support and enhance data-driven reporting across the Client Services team. Accountable for developing, maintaining, and optimizing client reporting processes to ensure accurate, timely, and actionable insights are delivered both internally and externally. The Reporting Data Analyst will work closely with internal teams as well as directly with clients.
