Manager, Servicing Transfers

As a Manager: Servicing Transfers, you will manage the Servicing Transfers team in their daily operations to ensure timely, accurate and compliant onboarding and offboarding. You will ensure that Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are up to date and accurate, and that the team follows stated SOPs while performing all job functions. You will assign onboarding and offboarding tasks to the team to ensure proper coverage, and will schedule internal milestones to ensure timeliness are met. Strong leadership skills are a key for this role, as you will be tasked with guiding team members across multiple simultaneous batches and job duties with immovable deadlines and competing priorities.
