HR Coordinator

Looking for a People Operations Coordinator with a strong foundation and interest in people operations. In this role, you will provide support to a wide range of functions, including benefits administration, compliance, HRIS management, payroll, and more. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in people ops and is highly organized, proactive, comfortable taking initiative, and excited about owning projects end-to-end, all while providing top notch employee experience. Key responsibilities include being the first point of contact for all employee benefit inquiries, maintaining accurate employee data in Rippling, partnering with the People Operations Manager and Finance team to process biweekly payroll, acting as the first line of support for employee and manager inquiries, and supporting onboarding, offboarding, and ad-hoc people programs.
