Job Description

We are looking for a People Analytics Specialist to join our Rewards team and help us scale data-driven decision-making across all areas of People strategy. In this role, you will analyze and interpret workforce data across key topics like attrition, engagement, headcount, and compensation, helping the organization make better people decisions. You’ll work closely with the different People teams to deliver insights that drive business impact. You will build and manage dashboards and reports across various People KPIs, including attrition, headcount trends, hiring quality, performance, engagement, and compensation. Partner with Rewards, Talent Acquisition, and People Business Partners to identify key metrics and trends that support workforce planning, talent development, and retention. Translate complex datasets into meaningful visualizations and narratives for leadership and stakeholders. Support organizational initiatives such as performance reviews, headcount forecasts, and merit cycles.
