Looking for a strategic and forward-thinking leader to join as Director, Global Benefits. In this role, you'll design, implement, and manage global benefits and leave programs that are competitive, compliant, and aligned with our company strategy. Leading a global team, you'll shape our approach to employee well-being, partnering with senior leaders to deliver innovative, cost-effective solutions that attract, engage and retain top talent.
You will: Provide strategic leadership and direction for the global benefits and leave function, ensuring alignment with the companyβs overall business objectives and talent strategy. Lead and manage a global team of benefits and leave professionals, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring effective execution of projects and programs. Oversee the management of broker and vendor relationships globally, ensuring optimal service delivery, cost-effectiveness, and performance.
You Have: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 12+ years of progressive experience in benefits and leave management, with significant global experience. 8+ years of experience in managing and leading teams, including global teams. Proven ability to develop and implement global benefits strategies.
