Senior HRIS Application Engineer

Mozilla IT is seeking an outstanding Senior HRIS Application Engineer to accelerate our journey toward streamlining Human Resource (HR) experiences for Mozillians, and boost our highly competent team of HRIS experts. You will be responsible for developing, proposing and implementing Workday integrations, tenant fixes and enhancements. The role is a key resource in providing technical support of our Workday instance in areas including, but not limited to, absence module, tenant tuning, data integrity, and dashboard development that support People systems administration. You will conduct regular audits of system security, access, permissions, and approvals; identify areas of improvement; and collaborate with the People Team and other groups and business units to ensure expert use and management of data. You will also create and manage a catalog of reports and dashboards to drive consistent data representation among all users; create audit processes and reports to ensure compliance and data integrity; configure and enhance business processes, integrations, and system-related governance; and support HR system requests including gathering requirements, system configuration, design and development of integrations, executing tests, implementation, and training efforts.
