In this role you will assist in leading large projects from design to conclusion, collaborate with developers to establish consistent APIs across our services, and employ best practices for interactions with our API from the frontend.

Oversees the Clinical Account Consultant team and is responsible for ensuring the consistent implementation and delivery of all clinical operations across Pharmacy Benefit Administration (PBA) market segments. Possesses both strong operational and client management expertise, can work cross functionally with both internal and external stakeholders, effectively lead a team to reach company/department organization goals, and maintain client satisfaction and retention.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Design, the UX/UI Design Manager serves a dual-purpose role on the UX/UI Design Team. They deliver expert level product design solutions and manage, mentor, and provide guidance to designers looking to advance their careers. This role requires balancing time to ensure both product teams and reports are receiving the attention they need for success.

You will play a critical role in contributing to the success of Capital Rx’s customers leveraging Judi, our Enterprise Health Platform, to service their own pharmacy administrative needs. The enterprise solution team seeks individuals who are passionate to change the landscape of claims processing while providing superior service. This individual will hold responsibility for the setup and ongoing maintenance of formulary, utilization management, and clinical rule assets in Judi.

As a Client Resolution Advocate, you will manage a client portfolio as the primary link between Customer Care and all internal support units. You will be responsible for escalated issue resolution, agent support, and client support. Additionally, you will work closely with all support vendors to ensure seamless service to members, patients, providers, pharmacies, and clients.

Responsible for full-cycle recruiting, you’ll work on identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier technical talent across various tech departments, including Engineering, QA, IT, etc. You'll play a crucial role in building our technical teams, partnering closely with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience from initial outreach to offer acceptance.

The Formulary Operations Pharmacist – Medicare is responsible for providing operational support for the evaluation, implementation, and maintenance of Medicare Part D formularies and utilization management. This individual supports creation and maintenance of formulary and utilization management lists, preparation of CMS formulary files and member formulary drug lists. The role requires strong cross functional collaboration and communication skills.
