Astrica’s Recruiter is the linchpin of their talent engine. You’ll own the full lifecycle—from first “hello” through offer acceptance and seamless Day 1 arrival—for roles like Technical Consultant, Architect, Product Owner, and Engagement Lead. You’ll partner directly with our delivery leadership, shape our recruiting playbook, and keep your pulse on the ever‑evolving ServiceNow ecosystem. Source & attract top‑tier ServiceNow talent using creative outreach, reddit, communities, events, and your personal network. Manage the full funnel screen, interview, coordinate panels, gather feedback, drive decision making, and negotiate offers. Advise hiring managers on market data, job design, interview best practices, and equitable evaluation methods. Champion candidate experience by keeping communication crisp, timelines tight, and every interaction is infused with values. Own the employee onboarding experience including logistics (paperwork, IT access, welcome swag, first‑week schedules) so new hires feel ready on day one. Track the metrics that matter (time‑to‑fill, funnel conversion, diversity insights) and surface recommendations to continuously improve. Amplify our employer brand craft job posts, share content, and engage online to keep Astrica top of mind in the ServiceNow universe.
