You’ll work directly with the Head of People and senior leaders to streamline hiring operations, ensure a smooth candidate experience, and help scale our recruiting infrastructure. Be the champion of an exceptional candidate experience at Cleo by ensuring every interaction candidates have is smooth, engaging, and positive. Expertly manage a high volume of interview scheduling across multiple calendars and coordinate with Talent Partners to keep the process seamless and efficient. Collaborate closely with hiring managers, interviewers, and the People Ops team to provide all necessary materials and support for interviews and onboarding.
