As a Tech Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll be the go-to expert for hiring in some of the fastest-growing companies across Europe, setting up smart hiring processes, working closely with key stakeholders, and making a real impact on how clients grow their teams.
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will work closely with scaling companies in Europe, setting up hiring processes, scorecards, interviews, and analytics. Being responsible for analyzing the best sources of candidates, advertising effectively, and running sourcing activities is required, along with communicating and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders. This is a fixed-term position, for 6 months, with the possibility of extension.
As a Talent Coordinator, you will coordinate interviews across multiple time zones and calendars, communicate with candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring process, and manage and maintain data across our ATS and internal systems. You will also support the delivery team with scheduling, reporting, and admin tasks while identifying opportunities to streamline and improve coordination processes.
