Job Description
In this role, you’ll ensure every interaction candidates have with us is smooth, engaging, and positive. You’ll be the key point of contact for candidates, expertly managing a high volume of interview scheduling across multiple calendars and coordinating with Talent Partners to keep the process seamless and efficient, often working with urgency to secure interview times quickly. You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers, interviewers, and the People Ops team to provide all necessary materials and support for interviews and onboarding. Your innovative ideas will help us continually improve how candidates experience Cleo from application to offer.
Key responsibilities include candidate experience management, stakeholder collaboration and administrative support. Specifically serving as the primary point of contact for candidates and managing multiple calendars and communication channels with precision.
