Talent Acquisition & HR Operations Manager

WeMod is seeking a highly organized and proactive Talent Acquisition & HR Operations Manager to lead recruitment and HR operations in the Philippines. This role involves building and nurturing the offshore team by driving end-to-end recruitment processes and overseeing core HR administrative functions. You'll work closely with the global leadership team to ensure that top talent is attracted, hired, and retained and that they align with the community-first values. Serving as the primary talent gatekeeper, you'll thoroughly screen all candidates to identify those who are the best match for the culture and technical requirements. Besides recruitment, you'll be responsible for creating a seamless candidate experience and supporting team members throughout their journey with WeMod.
