We're seeking a versatile Visual Designer to create compelling visual content internally and across our marketing channels. The ideal candidate will combine strong design fundamentals with an understanding of emerging AI tools and technologies to help us visually communicate the fun, trusted nature of WeMod's platform.

We're seeking passionate QA Testers to help ensure our community has access to reliable, high-quality gaming experiences. This role focuses on testing and validating mods to enhance gameplay while maintaining WeMod's commitment to safety and quality.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in an administrative support capacity, enjoys working behind the scenes to ensure smooth operations, and is comfortable with a non-traditional work schedule. You'll be responsible for providing crucial administrative support across multiple departments. Your primary focus will include managing our applicant tracking system, coordinating interviews across time zones, administering system access for team members, and handling internal scheduling and operational coordination.

Lead recruitment and HR operations in the Philippines, building and nurturing the offshore team by driving end-to-end recruitment processes and overseeing core HR administrative functions. Work closely with the global leadership team to ensure top talent is attracted, hired, and retained, aligning with community-first values while creating a seamless candidate experience and supporting team members.

Transform gameplay footage into compelling shortform content showcasing the platform's unique capabilities and capturing the attention of gaming audiences across TikTok and Instagram Reels. You'll play a key role in the content strategy by producing consistent, high-quality videos that highlight the WeMod experience.
