This role will manage onboarding and offboarding, including device procurement and documentation. You will also oversee benefits administration, including health insurance and 401(k) plans, plus manage domestic and global payroll, bonuses, and expense submissions. This also includes compliance and HR operations, vendor and platform liaison, international employment coordination, and supporting employee experience and culture.

As an Account Executive, you will research, prospect, cold call, and engage engineering leaders, build a case for change and investment with a compelling narrative, and gain exec-level attention and buy-in.
Partner closely with Finance, RevOps, and Sales teams. Review and modify customer contracts to ensure alignment with negotiated terms, pricing, and business approvals. Collaborate with Finance, RevOps, and Sales to ensure smooth deal execution and accurate billing. Manage customer billing in Stripe, including subscription setup, discounts, coupons, and payment methods.
