Own our compensation, equity, and benefits programs and scale our internal HR processes, systems, and analytics. You will also design employee policies and rewards strategy. This role will champion building thoughtful rewards programs, driving process automation, and developing people programs based on Mavenβs business needs and market forces. The ideal candidate will have experience building innovative and scalable rewards programs and systems for a late-stage tech company.
As the Senior Director, you will lead a high-performing People Operations team, promoting collaboration, accountability, and continuous skill growth. You will partner with leaders on compensation strategy, evolve our compensation philosophy and equity programs, and lead the team through regular compensation review and open enrollment cycles. You will lead all aspects of our HRIS systems and processes, drive analytical rigor, and present our people data to inform strategic decision making and organizational planning. In addition, you will own the strategy and design of Mavenβs benefits offerings, evolve people policies, and partner with both internal and external stakeholders on rewards initiatives.
