This role will lead, develop, and expand our current team of five People professionals , who manage day-to-day people operations including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits, payroll, and compliance activities. This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership opportunity for an experienced People leader who thrives in fast-paced , high-growth , and complex environments , particularly those involving M&A activity, multi-brand integration and global workforce management. Serve as a trusted advisor to the CFO, CEO, and executive team on organizational design, workforce planning, and people strategy. Build upon Cordanceโs integration playbook to support people due diligence, onboarding, post-merger integration and alignment for Cordanceโs acquisitions. Serve as advocate and key owner of Cordanceโs Defining Objectives, Standard Objectives, Priorities & Commitments performance management framework.
