As a Product Manager, you will report to the Product Lead for our contracts and billing products and will be the product owner for projects for these products. Become an expert in the contracts and billing products. Triage and resolve product support requests from customer facing teams. Create internal and external facing product documentation. Engage directly with customers to provide technical support, discover project opportunities and gather evidence.

Support US-based small and medium-sized businesses in efficiently managing their payment operations and facilitate the seamless transition of all their money movement in and out their company to the Fincent platform. Take ownership of a specific product area within the bookkeeping domain with a large surface area. Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to define the strategy, roadmap, and execution.
