Director of Product

Responsibilities:

• Own delivery and launch of new products and major features from strategy through to execution
• Drive product strategy and elevate product management practices across your area
• Define, track, and adapt OKRs that balance quality, impact, and velocity

Operating with Resilience:

• Accustomed to shipping fast and partnering with Operations to test early concepts
• Solid understanding of payroll accounting or tax, or experience in similarly complex domains
• Systems thinker who can methodically break down payroll problems across any of Deel’s 130+ active markets

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 in an exec leadership role
• Strong ability to collaborate across levels and functions, from individual contributors to executives
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complexity and drive alignment
