About the Role:

Own the product lifecycle for HR & Payroll features from discovery through release and ongoing iteration.
Translate business, regulatory, and user needs into clear epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Serve as the voice of the customer and subject-matter expert for HR & Payroll.

What We Are Looking For:

An experienced Product Manager who has worked on large, complex products, ideally within highly regulated domains such as payroll, HR, finance, or compliance.
You have experience working closely with engineering teams, running effective agile ceremonies, and turning complex problems into clear, actionable requirements.
Proven ability to gather and synthesize business requirements and translate them into effective product solutions.
