We are looking for a BNPL Manager (Buy Now Pay Later) to join our APM (Alternative Payment Methods) team and take full ownership of the day-to-day running of our BNPL portfolio across Latin America, Africa, and APAC. This person will be the operational backbone of our BNPL strategy — driving performance, monitoring provider SLAs, optimizing flows with Product, and constantly scanning the market for new BNPL opportunities and partners.

This Project Leader role involves working closely with governments in Tanzania to design strategies that improve health outcomes, leading consulting teams to support project priorities and growing our work across Africa with data-informed analytical problem-solving skills and program management experience.

This role will work closely with regional stakeholders, product teams, risk, and compliance to ensure operational excellence, healthy liquidity, risk mitigation, and a high-quality trading experience for our users. The role will monitor daily P2P platform performance across Africa, identify operational bottlenecks, coordinate with risk and compliance teams, and execute operational workflows.
