This is an excellent opportunity to join SearchStax Cloud team, providing technical support to customers and ensuring the availability and reliability of our search service. As a Linux and Systems Engineer you will help manage and provide support for search-as-a-service platform and scale it to serve thousands of customers across the world. Initiatives will include analysis and improvements around application reliability, disaster recovery, cloud management and cluster management on-call shifts.

In this role, you will partner with enterprise customers to design, implement, and optimize cloud-native solutions that drive real business impact. You will play a critical role in post-sales delivery, ensuring customers achieve success and maximize value from our platform. This is a high-visibility, hands-on position requiring technical depth, strong communication skills, and the ability to build trusted relationships across both technical and business stakeholders.

As a Technology Alliances Engineer, bridge the gap between our cutting-edge observability solutions and our technology partners' platforms. Work closely with both internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless integration and maximize the value of our joint solutions. Serve as the technical liaison between Cribl and our technology partners, including CrowdStrike, Elastic, ServiceNow, and major Cloud Service Providers.
