We’re looking for a driven, entrepreneurial Germany Country Manager to lead expansion into one of the biggest pet markets in Europe. In this strategic and hands-on role, you’ll take full ownership of scaling the brand in Germany — with the ambition to triple market growth year over year. You’ll work at the intersection of marketing, growth, operations, and customer success.

Install what are effectively vertical-level founders (“vertical launchers,” in our lingo) that push through ambiguity. Run a ~2-week motion where you exclusively speak to operators and professionals in a shortlist of potential next verticals to get signal on the size and quality of the next opportunity. Build repeatable growth motions on both sides of the marketplace.
