Partner Programs & Funding Ownership:
- Own the day-to-day management of Microsoft and channel partner incentives.
- Manage a seven-figure annual funding target, proactively aligning, attaching, and maximizing funding.
- Serve as a senior subject matter expert on Microsoft partner programs.
Co-Sell & Go-To-Market Execution:
- Lead Microsoft partner system engagement and co-sell motions.
- Support and influence joint GTM execution by providing thought leadership.
- Drive sales readiness by enabling awareness, adoption, and execution of partner programs.
Alliance Operations & Rhythm of Business:
- Manage and facilitate Rhythm of Business (ROB) engagements with Microsoft and channel field sales leaders.
- Partner with Alliance leadership to support senior Microsoft and channel relationships.
- Maintain accurate and timely tracking of programs, funding, and pipeline stages in Salesforce.
