What this job can offer you:

  • Manage the entire Revenue Tech Stack and related processes and policies.
  • Drive architectural and operational excellence across our GTM Organization.

What you bring:

  • Experience leading and managing technical or technical-adjacent teams in Revenue Operations.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply strategic thinking and set strategies for GTM success.

Key Responsibilities: Tech Stack:

  • Own the overall technical architecture for Revenue acceleration, aligned with our overall GTM strategy.
  • Continuously innovate to improve the use of our tech stack, acting swiftly on feedback.
  • Maintain the integrity and ongoing development of our CRM platform (Salesforce).

Key Responsibilities: Process and Policy:

  • Design, Develop, Document and implement key sales end-to-end processes and owners.
  • Design and launch processes, workflows, and automation that drive internal efficiencies.
  • Establish policy documentation for all sales ops topics including lead management.
