Role Overview:

  • Design and run foundational systems for DroneDeploy's go-to-market strategy, focusing on the inbound funnel and campaign operations.
  • Partner closely with the Head of Marketing Ops to build AI infrastructure from the ground up.
  • Work directly with senior GTM leaders to set strategic priorities and measure performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Operations: Scope and production with Demand Gen Managers, lead AI-powered workflows, and partner with marketers to translate requests into structured programs.
  • Platform Operations: Ensure data hygiene, optimize infrastructure for lead enrichment, and manage form and conversion optimization.
  • ROI Reporting and Attribution: Design and maintain piping to connect marketing spend to pipeline.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years in Marketing Operations or Revenue Operations in fast-paced B2B SaaS.
  • Administrator-level experience with Marketo and deep Salesforce experience.
  • Built GTM AI workflows and managed enrichment platforms like Clay or ZoomInfo.
