Job Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:
- JD or equivalent legal qualification, with 5+ years of experience negotiating commercial contracts.
- Genuine enthusiasm for technology and a desire to work at the frontier of AI-powered legal tools.
- Excellent communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a high growth, fast-paced startup environment.
- Direct experience as a user of CLM platforms or contract review tools.
- Familiarity with prompt engineering or AI evaluation methods.
