This role is mission-critical: ensuring timely, accurate GAAP-compliant closes, preparing for audits, supporting ERP integration, and partnering with the Controller to establish and maintain strong internal controls and compliance. You’ll be both a builder (standing up scalable processes) and an operator (executing closes, reconciliations, AR/AP, and controls).
Lead and scale a team of engineers, including two offshore teams, supporting their development and career growth. Serve as both strategic leader and hands-on technical contributor: architect key systems, contributing directly to planning, coding, reviews, and production support. You'll evolve the core services that underpin our main product, mentor engineers, and drive team growth.
